Welcome to GiAu Bar N' Bites, where convention meets invention, old meets new, and all are welcomed as family. Our selection of drinks and dishes show strong influence from our location in the heart of Chinatown Houston. You will find a traditional cocktail selection served alongside our original Asian Matcha-cha and refreshingly blended watermelon soju. Our old fashioned is in the most literal sense, on fire, and our menu is curated to satisfy any craving from alligator to snails; pork belly to bulgogi. We recommend our "addictive" avocado bomb for new guests.
